application process
Applications
can be made from the second year of university onwards by those taking a law
degree, or from PGDL students whose first degree is not in law. We welcome applications
one year in advance.
Applications for
pupillage by 30/05/08 for summer round and 01/09/08 for autumn
round. An initial assessment is
made on the basis of CV and covering letter, and thereafter candidates
may be invited for interview. Chambers conducts two rounds of interviews.
In the first interview applicants are expected to answer specific
legal/ethical questions. In the second interview candidates are
asked to undertake an advocacy exercise.
