Experience
Charlie Myatt was previously a Legal Advisor to the West Suffolk Magistrates' Court (1994–1996) and was a Tenant at Fenners Chambers, Cambridge (1996 – 1999).
Practice
Charlie Myatt prosecutes and defends in all areas of criminal law. His experience includes being regularly instructed in murder cases both prosecuting for Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire CPS and defending all as junior Counsel to silk and recently in his own right.
He also prosecutes and defends in the full range of sexual offences (rape, incest, historic child abuse, etc) including both as leading Counsel and junior Counsel to silk.
In addition, Charlie Myatt has been involved in prosecuting and defending in a number of high value drugs conspiracies cases.
