Practice
Duncan O'Donnell undertakes all aspects
of serious crime (including murder, fraud, serious drugs offences
and organised crime), both for prosecution and defence. He advises
on disclosure of sensitive material and public interest immunity
applications.
He is a designated rape prosecutor and a preferred prosecutor
in cases of domestic violence in Cambridgeshire.
He practices mainly in Norwich, Cambridge,
Peterborough and Ipswich.
Currently Duncan O'Donnell sits on the Government's
Advisory Committee for the Protection of Historic Wreck sites (advising
on legal enforcement).

Other information
Prior to his call to the bar, Duncan O'Donnell was employed by Bonhams
auctioneers, specialising in antiquities and militaria.
