Jehad Mustafa practises in prosecution and defence work in London and across the South Eastern and Western Circuits. He has appeared in a broad selection of serious cases including armed robberies, sexual assaults, cases of grievous bodily harm, false imprisonments and blackmail matters.

Jehad is recommended by solicitors for his patient approach with clients and his thorough preparation for hearings. He recently appeared in the Court of Appeal where he won praise from the bench for his approach to the case, which he successfully brought. The full report can be found at [2011] EWCA Crim 748.

In addition to his serious crime practice Jehad has built up a significant practice dealing with road traffic law. He has a particular interest in exceptional hardship applications and an example of his approach can be found here.
