Practice
Nick Hoffman is instructed by the prosecution and defence in Crown Courts throughout London and the South East. Has been instructed in a wide variety of cases involving serious violence, sexual offences, drugs and fraud.
Nick is regularly instructed as junior defence counsel in complex and long-running cases. In addition, he has appeared in a number of cases before the Administrative Court as a result he has developed a particular interest in corporate crime and cases concerning judicial review.
More recently Nick has extended his practice by prosecuting on behalf of the Office of Communications (Ofcom) and defending regulatory offences brought by the Health & Safety Executive.
