Will Carter prosecutes and defends in criminal cases of all types.
Regularly instructed in fraud cases as both junior and leading
junior. Has wide experience in Revenue and Customs cases, in
particular for the defence. Has appeared in a number of prosecutions
of police officers for offences ranging from corruption to manslaughter.

Notable cases
R v Ali & Ors
Defence counsel in the case of a significant and widespread "crash for cash" conspiracy whereby staged car accidents formed the basis of a £500,000 fraud on various insurance companies over the course of several years.
